More mathematical accolades go to Prastik Mohanraj and Kenny Cox. These two students attended the MathCON finals in Chicago, IL this past weekend. Kenny placed 21st out of all 9th graders and Prastik placed 1st among 8th graders!

Hizami has also been extremely busy. He also qualified for the MathCON finals but was unable to attend. Recently he performed admirably on the AMC (American Mathematics Competition) and earned the right to compete in the AIME (American Invitational Mathematics Examination) which is one step from qualifying for the USA Mathematics Olympiad Team. And at the end of next month he will be attending another national mathematics finals, this time for ARML (American Regional Mathematics League) which he qualified for in March.
