Pier Language Program at Yale

Learn a new language after school at Yale.  Class tuition is subsidized for New Haven residents.  

"As you may know, Yale offers an after school program called World CLASS that provides high school students with the opportunity to learn languages that are less commonly taught in school. I am delighted to announce that the registration for this year's World CLASS language study programs is now open. In collaboration with the Yale Center for Language Study, PIER will be offering courses in Arabic, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, KiSwahili, Portuguese, Russian, Urdu, and Yoruba this year. Please see the attached document for a tentative schedule of classes. 

To register, please complete the online registration form at onhsa.yale.edu/worldclass2015 no later than Sunday October 4th. Please note that classes do fill up quickly. Courses will begin the week of October 12th.
